Our community includes all four levels of care in one location: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Shell Memory Care, and Nursing Care.  Parkway Village was founded in 1982 by Baptist Health, the state’s largest private healthcare provider and a trusted provider in Arkansas for over 100 years. We are a not-for-profit organization, and our priority is our residents.
